We saw The Ring 2 yesterday. It's not scary because it just tells the story how the curse ended...Hayayay, I wasted $7.50 and 2 hours...I should've just watched a different movie... oh well...

Anybody want so condoms?

Yeah...I got some at school. They were giving it away so that students will have a "safe" spring break. What am I gonna do with it huh? blow it like a balloon??? hahahahaha... I'm just gonna give it to someone I know who is sexually active so he/she can have a "safe" one... what do you think of that? :p

I've been slacking this week coz I know that next week will be spring break. I am happy though coz I had A+ on my feature article for my writing class. Then, I also got an A on my biopsych test wherein I only studied for 30 minutes. Moreover, I got two A's on my statistical projects...I got lucky I guess...It's been a great week so far, huh?

I also received a letter today inviting me to apply for a research program scholarship. This is just so awesome because everything is just working out so well. The benefits of the program are very enticing: tuition and books paid, travelling to conferences, working with faculty mentor that conducts research, and a monthly stipend of $913/month. I think I'm gonna go for it. Remember, I posted something about doing a volunteer? Well, this the opportunity to gain experience as well as get paid the same time. Is this the start of the opening of windows of opportunity? I hope so.....

Last night, we went to a churchmate's place and watched the boxing match between Morales and Pacquao(spelling?). It was held in Las Vegas at MGM grand hotel. Oh well, I'm not really into that very harsh sports...I don't understand what's the story behind why is it they consider that sports? Anyways, the Mexican guy won...
I also want to comment with Lani Misalucha's version of the National Anthem... she really had it started in a high note, everything sounded great and impressing until the last part...I think she run out of air that she decided to do that "yodel" kinda thing at the end...but hey! I'm not an expert, that's just my opinion...

I was awarded a Federal Work Study for Fall 2005/Spring 2006. So right now, I've been spending some time to look at the Department's bulletin board for any job openings. I saw one as a laboratory assistant but I guess that's good for biology majors although I found myself qualified. I gotta get one by the end of summer. I'm thinking of working in a mental health center for kids especially the ones that deal with Down's syndrome or autistic kids. That might be so challenging... oh well..

I paid $1500 for my tuition this semester. Arrgh! I was just missing one unit to be a full time student and they let me pay my tuition??? that sucks!
But I received an email from SDSU Financial Aid Office that my award has been adjusted. I am trying to access it buy the site is down. Anyways, I hope they return some of my money...*crosses fingers*

Gees, I really wanted to go the Philippines this year, but my freaking brother doesn't want to go with me coz he doesn't have the money...
I am scared to be all by myself... I'm not kidding, I'm really serious in booking a ticket but...ahhhh... I'm scared...I haven't been there for 5 years and gees, all by myself??? Then, some of the people I talked to about dealing with the people at the airport, are so making me anxious. Well... I just don't know yet..

After ditching my last class yesterday (I'm done with my HW that's why I ditched the class) I went straight to Albertson's to buy some chicken...

I sat down on the couch popped a DVD in and started eating my lunch while watching a Filipino movie, Magnifico

I didn't move and just left my plate by the table because I am so in tuned with the movie...

Later on, I found myself bawling for about 20 minutes til the movie ended... OMG!!! I'm not kidding, I was hugging a pillow and I was wrapped by a comforter...and deng!!! I am really sobbing.. good thing there was napkin beside me and I'm the only one at home or else it'll be really embarassing...

Gees... that movie touched my heart..

I haven't cried in a movie for a while...I mean that kind of crying... I guess the last time I cried that hard was when I watched Tuesdays with Morrie...

One more thing, my eyes are all red and puffy when I fetched my brother from school. He asked if I watched the movie, and I said YES... He was making fun of me. Then he asked me in which part did I start crying, I told him and again, I was crying for the second time! Then later that night, my mom watched the movie and I sat with her in their room, deng! I cried for the third time with Jireh and my mom! Before I went to bed last night, I had a headache. I guess it's from too much crying...

One major Boohoo for me there! hehehehe

I wanted to see the Ring 2 tonight but I can't concentrate and I am so anxious to study for my test next week. I decided to put that thought aside and start studying after I get offline...
