I still have no luck finding a tamagotchi....can you believe this.. they're OUT OF STOCK!... I actually found one but I have to reserve it and get it on April...what the!
I also found out that those tamagotchi's that were out, were the product of a better technology... I mean it's more COOL! so hi-tech! I guess, I'm just gonna wait til it's all out in the market!... Swank and Fox took home Best Actress/Actor award last night at the Academy awards....Of course, I've seen the beginning where I checked out everybody's attire!....I liked the one with Halle Berry most.... Okay... I got to go... time to eat lunch! |
Deng! I'm so busy this week and I can't even imagine that I wasn't able to post any entry for 3 consecutive days.... it's just that....I'm BUSY!
Oh well, you can call me a weirdo but I really don't care! :p I've noticed that TAMAGOTCHIs are starting to be the "in" toys for middle schoolers. I really wanted to have one when they were ON HEAT in the Philippines... I remember that I can't afford to get one because my allowance is not enough to last for a week. Anyways, I went to Toy's R Us last Saturday. I was pretending to look for cool stuff for my nephew but actually, I want to look for Tamagotchi. After several minutes of wondering around, I got tired and decided to ask customer service. I go, "Hi, do you guys sell Tamagotchis here?" The lady aswered, "Sorry Ma'm but we're out of stock" Darn it! they're out of stock! I am so upset that my two brothers were laughing at me. Then last night, before we had dinner at Hometown Buffet, my dad went with my sister-in-law and brother at Toys R Us to buy Caleb a crib. Of course, I went in hoping that this time, I'll get the chance to finally buy Tamagotchi. So there, I ask customer service again and she goes "Sorry Ma'm we're out of stock, they are usually found at that corner right there". Then I said, "Well, do you know when you're going to have it on stock?" She said, "I haven't seen them delivered in the past two weeks so I have no idea when we'll going to have them." Darn it! they have no freaking idea! I guess, I'm just gonna go check it our online! I've closed 3 of my credit cards already!!! a big WooHoo for me! I have a very busy weekend and I hope to finish all my projects on time! Next week, we will be gone for the weekend. We're going out of town because it's Caleb's dedication at Bakersfield. Well, it's been pouring and endless storm has been around....overflowing dams, mud slides, and more accidents...San Diego is soaking wet.... I finally saw my nephew....my sister-in-law will be staying in our place for several days....I wanted to post a pic but I wasn't able to send any pic through my fone lately...Arrgh...cingular! It's fun having baby in the house... I'm here in school, and almost late for class.... Who cares? Just kidding!.... Well, I guess that's it.... school is occupying most of my time... paper, homework, and projects! not to mention tests coming up...Hayayay! Can't wait for spring break! |

What is happening to the world? or is it just me? is this part of that freaking quarter life crisis??? I had a conversation with one of my best buds last night through YM... She said she might visit me this year...and she's been talking about getting married and stuff...I am very happy for her because according to her, she's really happy and proud to be someone's girlfriend...If everything will work out for her, she might stay here in the US for good... Well, I like the idea but somewhere at the back of my head, the selfish me is trying to whisper something...the thing I hated the most is to be pressured when it comes to my love life... I'm not kidding... but I think I am going through a phase... I guess my churchmate is right about turning 25...everything will just change... On the bright side, if she will end up living here then at least two of my best buds will share the same continent with me... Okay enough of my freaking nonsense... Last Friday, hey Fides if you're reading this....I saw Edgar...but we just waved to each other because I am soooo darn late in my class already...His dimples are still cute by the way... hehehe I am so slacking off this weekend... because of the rain... Hahaha... yeah blame it to the weather... I haven't started doing my project and studying for my test next week...oh well... gotta enjoy life right? I gotta go... my bro will be spending the night here and I will see my nephew next week... |
Bills...bills...bills....
How I wish I can get a break paying bills... I have to accept the fact that it's part of my life now in order to live... I don't know if I'm gonna turn in my naturalization paper this month or if I have to wait for my brother to turn 18 on April so I can turn in all of our papers...But if I'm gonna do that, it'll take approximately 6 months to process everything...so my plans of visiting the Philippines will be put on hold. I don't want to go if going there will delay the process or will just cause some problem... what do you think should I do? Oh well, I have to treat myself some travelling... I mean I HAVE TO!....It's gonna be my freaking gift to myself as I turn a quarter of a century this year...I deserve something! As far as I can remember, the last time I celebrated my birthday (extravagant one) was when I turned 18. Every night, I've been thinking what the heck I'm gonna do for this year... here's my choices: *celebrate a luaou (is that how u spell it?)theme party by the pool (US) *visit Philippines *3/4 in Hawaii *go to a cruise *semi formal dinner in a hotel Hahaha!... I am so willing to spend but I don't know if it's worth it!... Any suggestions??? please free to post...help me make up my mind! |

Funny thing happened yesterday.... See, I was walking across the library dome when I saw two guys just wearing diapers and wings. Pretending to be cupid or whatever! They were giving out candies to students. My guess was that these guys were from a fratenity... Anyways, I took the candy and well, they darn look gorgeous *naughty*...Hahahaha!!!... silly people doing silly things! Every morning, I have to listen to this radio station on my way to school. I've been listening to them for quite a while now. I learned just today, that one of the DJ's there is a Filipino. Their topic this morning was about "What weird thing does your people do?" They came up with that topic because they were taunting HULA (this Filipino guy) about TABOO (which is supposed to be TABO)...It's just about Filipinos having tabos in their bathroom. They were laughing because Hula told them what do you use that for....It was great listening to them because a lot of people started reacting and making comments... Anybody saw Beyonce's dress last Grammy's? Isn't that so pretty! |
Happy Heart's Day!
I was able to see the opening of the All-Star's yesterday but din't get the chance to see who won... Then as you know, last night, I went to the Banquet so I missed half of the Grammy's.... I really wanted to see Usher perform and of course, see Alicia Keys...Anyways, good thing they put his performance at the end...Sooooo freaking COOL!!!! He performed with James Brown...but men! Usher is soooo awesome!!!... About my nanny thingie... It was a blast! I almost lost my voice screaming at the big kids!... I have to take care of the 6-12 year olds... I have my brother with me though which is a very big help. The place was great!... it is at Island Shelter where all yachts are parked( what a term!)...I had so much fun although the boys are really hard-headed! With the juice, pizza, and chicken nuggets, I think it puts so much sugar in their system that they keep bouncing off the walls!...I have to drink a cup of coffee before teaching, or else I will be running out of energy!.... I am at the computer lab doing homework....There's no cute guys around... Err what a waste! Hahaha! Just kidding! I received a card from Albert... I wasn't expecting it... I go like "Aww, ang sweet naman ni Betong.."... Thanks Dude! Monday is gonna be along day for me! Laterz! |

YEAH baby! it's FRIDAY!....Finally, I get to rest tomorrow!!!.. I can get all the sleep I need! (hopefully) Anyways, did you remember the gal that I was talking about who just can't keep her thoughts to herself??? Well, last Thursday, in our class, I think everybody just can't stand her no more... even our professor who keeps on ignoring her most of the times...she is just so annoying and disrupting! ...then when we had our 10 minute break, everybody just exploded...This is what I love with Americans they can tell straight to your face to just SHUT UP!...They didn't tell it directly but they gave her a flyer on how to "listen" and she got the message...It's good because she remained quiet the rest of the period. I hope she will do that for the rest of the semester! Oh gees...we have to do a 10 minute report in that class and I wonder if she's gonna ask stupid questions during our speech? I hope not!... BTW, I officially dropped my Psych Stat class... what a relief! You guys enjoy ur weekend! |

Don't you hate it when in one of your class, there's just one person who just can't keep their mouth shut?
Well, last Thursday, in my Psych Learning was this girl who keeps on talking endlessly!... She asks stupid questions and unneccessary comments! I know there's freedom of speech but she's been using it inappropriately!....Our professor asked each one of us about any particular person we can use as our guinea pig. Not experimentally per se but using the Pavlovian theory. Anyways, she stated that she wants to use his boyfriend as the guinea pig making him have more sex with her coz she is not satisfied with the way her boyfriends treats her sexually!!.. OMG! too much information!!!! If you guys just heard exactly what she said!!! All my classmates were looking at each other because of the comment she just made...On the other hand, she keeps on disrupting the class with really stupid questions! She's a big pain in the butt! She's just so weird! and take note: I will never ever sit beside her! she's so annoying!.... I mean, I have no problems in dealing with people but to avoid having a bad day, I will definitely stay away from her! |

Yeah! the Patriots won...you probably knew about that... Anyways, of all the commercials shown yesterday, I enjoyed the Diet Pepsi, the one with P.Diddy...Deng! that is so hilarious! I am so laid back...errr I hate cold weather...it makes me so lazy! I am here at the computer lab doing stuff...I need to start doing my homework and study for my stat class... Somewhere at the back of my head is saying that I WANT TO DROP the class... It is true that you cannot just be good at everything... Attending this class twice a week gives me shivers all over my body...If you only knew how nervous I am.... *sigh* |
How's the weekend going so far???
I've been pretty much occupied these past few days... At last! after 5 years of being the only family in America without cable TV, we finally had one installed last Tuesday... Heck yah baby!!! We don't have TFC because that's 11 bucks extra but I can watch news from the PI through channel 46. I am trying to fight the addiction though because lately, I always find myself stuck in front of the TV. I don't usually watch TV for more than hour a day but with this cable, aarrrghhhh TEMPTATION!!!! I was able to see a Filipino movie last Tuesday...it's Becuz of You... It was so embrassing but heck I will still tell you guys!...I know, it is a teenie boopie kinda movie but .....I can't stop giggling like a teenager while watching it especially with the one on Sandara and Hero... Hahaha!!! About school, deng...I am starting to hate my statistics class... I suck at it big time!...Of all the classes I'm taking this semester, that class drives me insane!...I have to pay extra attention, spend extra extra extra time studying, and better yet seek someone's help to tutor me....Other than that, I so enjoying the rest of my classes especially my PhysioPsych. Then Thursday, I receive this very sweet text message from a friend, I think I'm gonna cry... "Wish I could be there where I can see you sleeping like an angel, then I will sit beside you and hold those hand of yours so that you'll somehow feel that I'm here and always be around for you." It might be forwarded message but I all I care is that he bothered to send me the message that made my day...I am so under the mushy spell huh? :p Oh well... Super Bowl tomorrow! I wonder if there's going to be a wardrobe malfunction again! hahaha | |
