this one is starting to get crazy! hmpf |  We saw The Ring 2 yesterday. It's not scary because it just tells the story how the curse ended...Hayayay, I wasted $7.50 and 2 hours...I should've just watched a different movie... oh well...Anybody want so condoms? Yeah...I got some at school. They were giving it away so that students will have a "safe" spring break. What am I gonna do with it huh? blow it like a balloon??? hahahahaha... I'm just gonna give it to someone I know who is sexually active so he/she can have a "safe" one... what do you think of that? :p I've been slacking this week coz I know that next week will be spring break. I am happy though coz I had A+ on my feature article for my writing class. Then, I also got an A on my biopsych test wherein I only studied for 30 minutes. Moreover, I got two A's on my statistical projects...I got lucky I guess...It's been a great week so far, huh? I also received a letter today inviting me to apply for a research program scholarship. This is just so awesome because everything is just working out so well. The benefits of the program are very enticing: tuition and books paid, travelling to conferences, working with faculty mentor that conducts research, and a monthly stipend of $913/month. I think I'm gonna go for it. Remember, I posted something about doing a volunteer? Well, this the opportunity to gain experience as well as get paid the same time. Is this the start of the opening of windows of opportunity? I hope so..... |
Last night, we went to a churchmate's place and watched the boxing match between Morales and Pacquao(spelling?). It was held in Las Vegas at MGM grand hotel. Oh well, I'm not really into that very harsh sports...I don't understand what's the story behind why is it they consider that sports? Anyways, the Mexican guy won...
I also want to comment with Lani Misalucha's version of the National Anthem... she really had it started in a high note, everything sounded great and impressing until the last part...I think she run out of air that she decided to do that "yodel" kinda thing at the end...but hey! I'm not an expert, that's just my opinion... One more week til Spring break! |
I was awarded a Federal Work Study for Fall 2005/Spring 2006. So right now, I've been spending some time to look at the Department's bulletin board for any job openings. I saw one as a laboratory assistant but I guess that's good for biology majors although I found myself qualified. I gotta get one by the end of summer. I'm thinking of working in a mental health center for kids especially the ones that deal with Down's syndrome or autistic kids. That might be so challenging... oh well..
I paid $1500 for my tuition this semester. Arrgh! I was just missing one unit to be a full time student and they let me pay my tuition??? that sucks! But I received an email from SDSU Financial Aid Office that my award has been adjusted. I am trying to access it buy the site is down. Anyways, I hope they return some of my money...*crosses fingers* Gees, I really wanted to go the Philippines this year, but my freaking brother doesn't want to go with me coz he doesn't have the money... I am scared to be all by myself... I'm not kidding, I'm really serious in booking a ticket but...ahhhh... I'm scared...I haven't been there for 5 years and gees, all by myself??? Then, some of the people I talked to about dealing with the people at the airport, are so making me anxious. Well... I just don't know yet.. |
After ditching my last class yesterday (I'm done with my HW that's why I ditched the class) I went straight to Albertson's to buy some chicken...
I sat down on the couch popped a DVD in and started eating my lunch while watching a Filipino movie, Magnifico I didn't move and just left my plate by the table because I am so in tuned with the movie... Later on, I found myself bawling for about 20 minutes til the movie ended... OMG!!! I'm not kidding, I was hugging a pillow and I was wrapped by a comforter...and deng!!! I am really sobbing.. good thing there was napkin beside me and I'm the only one at home or else it'll be really embarassing... Gees... that movie touched my heart.. I haven't cried in a movie for a while...I mean that kind of crying... I guess the last time I cried that hard was when I watched Tuesdays with Morrie... One more thing, my eyes are all red and puffy when I fetched my brother from school. He asked if I watched the movie, and I said YES... He was making fun of me. Then he asked me in which part did I start crying, I told him and again, I was crying for the second time! Then later that night, my mom watched the movie and I sat with her in their room, deng! I cried for the third time with Jireh and my mom! Before I went to bed last night, I had a headache. I guess it's from too much crying... One major Boohoo for me there! hehehehe I wanted to see the Ring 2 tonight but I can't concentrate and I am so anxious to study for my test next week. I decided to put that thought aside and start studying after I get offline... Have a nice safe weekend! |  To all Irish people out there... Happy St. Patrick's Day I'm not Irish so I have the right not to wear green... and please no pinching!!! :P For sure, a lot of people will be drunk tonight!!! Oh well, the semester is half way through...I'm so excited! The library is getting busier and busier... Speaking of library, don't you know that I love sleeping in the library? Heck yah! Everytime, I have a couple of hours to spare til my next class, I just hang out in the library... find a comfortable couch and doze off...There's only two kinds of peolple that has the desire to use the library: one for research/homework and the other is for sleeping... Believe me, 75% of the students belong to the latter one... I got to bounce... my class will start in 10 minutes.... |
Awww.... my friend just told me that Mario Vasquez withdrew from American Idol.... that sucks! I like him coz I think he's cute....According to her, it was because of something personal... sayang!
I'm here at the computer lab trying to kill time...I'm supposed to be doing my prelab but it seems that I can't find the freaking answer on our class website.... Oh wait, got to go... I have to pee... hehehe |

Why bother to post this??? deng! for all the people who saw me how I dress up, well you can tell that I am not a GIRLY type of gal! hahahaha... But hey! I dress girly every Sunday... Two more weeks and it's Spring break!!!...For some college students, it's time to go to Mexico, drink endless beers, nonstop partying, and of couse the super making out season!....Hayayay... I wonder what I'm gonna do???? for sure it's not on the list... I'm a very very very good girl... and I think that makes sense because I'm still single!!... hahahaha I remember one of the counselor that I talked before about my future plans told me that I should be a NUN...Hahahaha!! me??? a Nun??? oh well, I'm not good enough... somewhere within me is a naughty identity!!! I wanna go to Europe! I wish I can find someone who is willing to do the travelling with me....Darn it! most of my friends are married and others are planning to get married...I think it's gonna be really hard for them to go with me!...that sucks! I finally finished my paper last night.. Duh! of course, I will definitely finish it by last night because it is due today at 9AM...It took me the whole weekend to do it.... part by part!

Oh gees!!!.. I was browsing through one of my friend's list in friendster and saw a name that reminded me of my crush when I was 13. I clicked it... and guess what??? IT WAS HIM!...He still looks the same after 10 years and he's an engineer now... Awww...still cute,eh!

She just turned 44....I bought her a pretty church dress as my present.... Anyways, earlier this afternoon, Channel 93.3's Street Patrol was at school...They have a jamming going at the Aztec Center... Remember the DJ I was talking about before, the Filipino one? Yeah, he was the host. Then I was also able to see Boy Toy Jessie in person... Darn it! they were right! he's so cute!...My friend and I wanted to ask him so we can take picture together but I was so embarassed to ask him...Then they were also giving out tickets for the concert of this rapper (which I forgot the name, he was famous though)...I didn't get any but I was chosen for the money machine. This is the machine where they blow in air and you have to grab all the money you can get. There were just $1 bills mixed with green pieces of paper....Guess how many I got? I got $17 bucks! heck yah!...some only got 5 bucks...my friend told me I'm good! hahaha!!! of course, got to use and fill up all my pockets! good thing I was wearing a hooded sweatshirt with front pockets so that helped me a lot!.... It was a nice experience and I was able to get out of my shell for moment....You know me, I don't usually go all the way in front of the crowd! hehehehe I've noticed to this picture that I got eyebags... Gees... gotta get more sleep! I'm still going back and forth about my plan of visiting PI... |

We spent the weekend at Bakersfield...5 hour drive from San Diego...It's Caleb Marvin Advincula's dedication. He is getting bigger! For the first time, I enjoyed the trip! Usually, I get so darn bored...I don't know... Probably because we had so much time chatting on our way. When we got home yesterday, I am so stressed about finishing my homework!...Well, that's just me! always freaked out! hahahaha.. I managed to finish all of it by 12 AM so I'm good... I think I'm gonna catch a cold! my throat is so itchy! It's my mom's birthday tomorrow... I wonder what to give her? |

Hahaha... I just want to share this...feel free to post any comments.... Last night, I had the most amazing dream.... I haven't kissed anyone for romantic reasons since birth but last night's dream is just so nice it's hard to describe... In my dream, I was with a friend...I haven't known this friend for a very long time, probably at least three years... Anyways, we kissed....And mahn! the kiss is just so perfect!..I just know it's perfect... I can't make any comments or whatsoever because I haven't kissed anybody... It never crossed my mind that I might like this "friend" more than a friend, yah know what I mean? Probably because I already concluded that we will never be more than friends... I mean it's just impossible!... The kiss as I've seen is undescribable...so passionate, and made my heart beat so fast that I think I can't breath!...I feel like I'm in a movie or something.... Awww...I'm still in euphoria.... One more thing, I woke up after that kiss.. Then when I went back to sleep, the dream went on...we are still friends and "the kiss" didn't bother our relationship but it enhanced it more... I really don't get it...sometimes I believe in dreams, sometimens I don't....I can say that this dream is just unforgettable...whatever this dream means...I don't know.. |

I am so thankful because eventhough sometimes I am so stubborn, God still loves me...I always question God why my some of my plans don't end up the way it should be...I feel stressed and miserable but at the end, He opens up my eyes because His plans are the best... I mean everything just works out for good...Why I'm posting this? I just want to be reminded of how good He is... the whole detail is kept between me and God... Nothing much has been happening lately...still the same... school, work..school, work... I guess my schedule will be like this in 4 years max... Any of you heard the song of Eminem? Mockingbird? Have you seen the MTV of that? I really like the song...and the MTV is so cool and touching! I am not a fan of Eminem but he was able to impress me this time... I wonder what will happen if I audition for Americal Idol? Hahaha... random thoughts... Well, I love singing, does that count? :p A new season of Amazing race started again and I can't believe that Rob and Amber were in it!... They were the winners from the last Survivor season... He was the one who proposed to Amber in front of national television!... darn it! I'm so jealous! syke!..just kidding... For all my international friends out there... sorry that I haven't been texting you guys lately unlike before because Cingular is now charging me 20 cents per message...I have no idea what to do with my text messaging package right now because my main purpose for that is to use it for my international friends...I don't usually use text messaging around the Us because I can call them for free...arrgh!
